Who can participate in the campaign?

Our campaign is developed for the residents of Republic of Malta.

 

I have registered, what’s next?

Deadline for applications submission is March 29th, 2017. Until that time, our moderator will call you on the phone number you indicated in the questionnaire, and will clarify all necessary details, such as your address for the kit delivery, only if required.

Please note that communication with agents is carried out only by phone, so if you do not indicate the number, or it is incorrect, you will not be able to take part in the campaign. Please leave your current mobile number.

 

I missed a call when a moderator phoned me. What should I do?

Don’t worry, in any case, we will call you again, perhaps, the next day. If the moderator does not call you back for more than 3 days, please write us using the website feedback.

If we could not reach you within 5 days, unfortunately, we would have to reject your application to participate.

 

How do I know whether my application for the campaign participation was confirmed?

The fact of selecting you as a promo campaign participant is that you receive an e-mail from the Organizer confirming your participation in the promo campaign.

 

It's been a while, but nobody contacted me. What should I do?

Please remember that the deadline for applications submission is March 29 th, 2017. If you were selected as an agent, we will call you. Also, make sure that you indicated correct contact details on your user account.

 

I’m getting calls and being asked questions about the project. What should I do?

Please be ready to receive a call from unknown number.

Before the buzz-kit (gift set) delivery, the moderator will contact you to check the correctness of your number, address, as well as the accuracy of your profile.

 

What does buzz-kit (gift set) include?

- Toothbrush Oral-B Genius (quantity -1)

- Toothpaste Oral-B Pro-Expert (quantity - 1)

- Instruction for agent (quantity - 1)

- Paper bag (quantity - 1)

 

Should I pay for anything?

No, you do not have to pay for anything. Buzzaar sends new items for free, in exchange for your honest opinion!

 

How is delivery carried out?

The courier will deliver buzz-kit directly to you. Delivery can be made to your home or work address. Delivery is usually carried out from 10:00 to 14:00 on weekdays, Monday until Friday. Keep this in mind when providing the address to the moderator.

Please do not miss courier calls, be at the address you have indicated at the agreed time, otherwise, the buzz-kit delivery will be impossible.

 

I had agreed with the courier, but the delivery did not happen – this is not for the reason I didn’t answer, or missed the call on the appointed date and at the agreed time of the delivery. What should I do?

 

If the date and time of the delivery were agreed with the agent, and upon arrival, he/she was not at home, and did not answer the phone call – he/she will need to pay for the redelivery by himself or pick it up in the office of the courier service.

Can anyone else receive the parcel instead of me? (friend/sister, etc.)?

Yes, tell this to the moderator before the delivery. As the buzz-kit is intended only for Buzzaar agents, exclusively you should open the package. Do not forget to warn the person who will receive it that the moderator and the courier will contact him/her.

 

What report should I provide after I have tested the toothbrush?

The report consists of two phases:

The first step involves the posting of your opinion about the product sets on web-site shop.vjsm.com.mt + review on social networks https://www.facebook.com + https://www.instagram.com You must add photos of products received. Be sure to add hash tags #oralbgeniusmalta2017.

The second step is filling in the questionnaire on our website. It contains questions about the product and its properties, and about the project. Do not worry, it will not take much of your time. You can fill in the questionnaire by clicking on the tab "Report". It is necessary to attach a link to your publication on the social accounts.

 

I have received the package but I do not wish to participate any longer. What should I do?

Please write about your refusal to participate on the website feedback immediately, so we can arrange returning of the package.

 

I have used the toothbrush but I do not wish to participate. What should I do?

We will have to evaluate the situation – you might be asked to pay for the goods.    

     

I cannot log in. Whom should I contact?

If you have any difficulties with logging in to the website, contact us on website feedback, having indicated your login.

 

What would happen if I did not send a report?

We remind you about the terms of the campaign. In case of failure to fulfill them, we will have to suspend your account, and you will not be able to participate in further projects. You should also return the product back to the courier as well. Please note that the package should be in good condition until the end of the campaign.
