How to change profile data?
Basic user's data (name, date of birth, gender) are blocked after you entered them at the registration. If you accidentally made a mistake, email us at a feedback with a request to correct it. Please note that these data directly affect the selection of participants in promos, so they can be changed only once.
How to change еmail?
There is no possibility to change your email, since it is your user login on Buzzaar website. If you have changed your email address or you do not have access to it, you need to register on the Buzzaar website again using your new email address.
How to recover a password?
In order to recover your password, please select the Login button at the top right corner, and then click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? Enter the email address you used at the registration, and click OK. A new password will be sent to your email address within 3-5 minutes.
What should I do if I didn't receive my password recovery email?
If you recovered your password, but have not received an email within 3-5 minutes, check your SPAM folder. Often settings of a mailer that you use, automatically assign such messages into that folder. If you have not received the email for an hour (sometimes this happens because of the site congestion), please write to us at a feedback email.
I have got an email with a new password, but I still can not enter the site. What should I do?
When you try to enter the site with a new password, be sure to remove from the input field an old password, which could be saved by your browser. Then enter the new password. If you copy the password from the email, please note, not to copy any extra spaces at the beginning and at the end of a password.
How can I change the number of friends from social networks in my profile?
Once you have linked your page in social network to your Buzzaar profile, the number of friends is displayed automatically. There is no need to change it manually. This information will be periodically automatically updated.
How can I delete my account on Buzzaar?
You need to write us at a feedback email a request to delete your account, be sure to indicate the email, your profile is registered on.
