Why have I been denied to participate?

There could be three reasons for this:
• You have applied when the required number of agents have been recruited. That's why we ask you not to delay sending of applications,
• Perhaps your application data does not comply with the requirements for an agent in this campaign (different region, age, etc.). Stay positive, because our promos are being updated all the time, and there will definitely be one suitable for you among them,
• We consider all applications, but give preference to those agents who have more friends on social networks and the largest amount of accumulated buzzarchiks on website. Collect points and increase your chances to participate in the best promos!

My application is sent to the reserve, what does that mean?

This means that there were filed more applications for participation than the required number of agents, and by the time of your application submission, we have closed the recruitment. However, your data is in line with the requirements for the agents, and if we make space and there will be an additional buzz-kit, we will be pleased to confirm your application and send you the kit.

How can I understand that my participation in promo is confirmed?

Confirmation of your guaranteed participation in the campaign is an email from Buzzaar, in which the organizers will confirm that you have qualified and become a campaign participant.

Why my application is pending for such a long time?

The thing is that Buzzaar receives so many applications for some promos that we need up to 14 days for their processing. If you have not received a response on your application after two weeks, please see a notification email in your SPAM folder, maybe it got there by mistake.
